Raccoon Control?

There is a raccoon on my neighbors roof, he contacted some people this morning, but nothing has showed up. Its now 9: 15 pm. I want to help the little raccoon, hes panting and he looks hungry, but i dont want to feed him, cause if i do he will come back, or stay. Is there any numbers i can call? If you able to see and get close to a raccoon during the day it is probably RABID. It is best to stay AWAY

probably isnt rabidspray some hose water up there get him some fluids his mom will be back ..they stand babies in trees ect so they cant get down while they are away
